Auxillary Tank as a Pump Station?

The thought struck me just now as I was looking at getting a bigger jerry can.

Has anyone fitted a pump nozzle to their auxillary fuel tank? It'd be ultra convenient to be able to fill up my ATV from the truck when I'm out and about. It would need some kind of manual or electric pump mechanism.

I've seen the commercial crowd with big fuel tanks in their bed but I have an Outlander Max which dominates the bed space.

Anyone done this?

Down in Hurricane Rita and Katrina, a lot of people were stealing gas with a 1/2" hose and a cheap electric fuel pump hooked to a lawn mower battery. Just stick the hose in the tank, plug in the pump and fill up your car.

For the record, I was in the Army helping with the clean up. We found a few of these little rigs hastily discarded on the side of the road.
