Ches start out with shorter distances till you get in better shape. And try breathing in thru the nose and out thru the mouth, yes it takes some getting use to, and at time it feels like you are suffocating.

But it will build up your lungs faster, as you time gets shorter on the run increase the distance a little. Once you run a distance and are not a winded as the last few times,
increase the distance.

Try a M, W, F run day and tue and thurs for upper body work out and sprints. You have to have a recover day or period (weekend) in there to let the muscles heal.

My plan is 60 days straight of work everyday with 40+ lbs of body armor and gear on most of the time.......and chucking a bag or two lol.

Curt I spy a Dodge tow rig, good for US.

Good Morning Everybody!

Rich, 60 days in full battle rattle is one heck of a workout. Just try not to test the sappy plates out for "point contact integrity".

Yesterday I got absolutely nothing done. I spent most of the day running around and on the phone. My absolute least favorite kind of day. I guess it still needs to be done, though. I set up a few deals and a couple jobs to keep me going.

I think today will be spent getting the front axle together in my truck. The weather guesser just mentioned the "S" word for later in the week.

I thought you were usually packing heat. Why the need to run?

Sometimes there's more than one and they shoot back!

We never retreated. We "advanced to the rear"!

I figure there's two reasons to run, pursuing or advancing to the rear, either way is a direct result of being out of ammo. Shouldn't be any other reason to run. of course this is fat guy logic.

No need to run, just shoot'm before they get to you. I am hoping for the "threat" to drop down to the point that we do not need it at all, yea right?

Ok sorry, they call it on here a G2G (get together) when we have a BBQ (bar B que) lol aka dead animal on the grill meeting.

We have all (5 to 7 at the most I believe?) got together at the Lake of the Ozarks twice, Table Rock Lake pavilion once, Springfield at the zoo and at the annual swap meet. We have even had a "meet ya at the gun show" in Lebanon.

And had a 79 cab swapping party at Ubreal's house and bus put back together deal/body work and whiskeyrunner's place. And I drove my Dodge to meet the chapter leader/+ family at a steak house up in KC a while back.

I am thinking SMORR (Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch) if we are not covered up with snow, or a warm inside place will work. And there has been a few parts runs/motor swap's at my place (thanks again boys).

Rich, I gather this is your down time. I hopeyou're managing to stay in touch with Penny whilst over there. At least she can go fondle the Fords for you.

Yahoo messenger ='s free computer to computer calls as long as the internet stays working here. Yea its like almost 1030 at night and yes I had to hid the bronco key, JK

Well I am up and at it again in the am and feeling a little under the weather (typical Iraq crud with the crazy weather here) so later on there folks, stay safe. I will to, I have a bunker right around the corner......

Before I left I took a bunch of truck/shop/house/truck pics to make me miss it even more.

Evening all!

I got my niece's 4Runner sold today. She was pretty happy about it. Apparently she's been short on money. I also made some money doing a tune up on a ranger with a 4 banger in it. 8 plugs, wires, and two separate coils packs. (two plugs per cylinder) I had to take the intake off to get to two of the plugs. Who comes up with this stuff??!!
