I want to make sure I'm following correctly.
Sterling 10.5" from a SD? How about an Excursion too?
SD hubs? Any year or specific to some?
E series rotors? What years and can it be 250 or 350?
What for calipers, p brake, and pads?

Yes or a excursion. Anything from 99-04. I'm not a fan of the 99 axles because one caliper is front facing on the drivers side and rear facing on the pass side. Also it is a different housing compared to the 2000-2004. They use both rear facing calipers. But it's all preference. E rotors can be used from 98 or so up. I got mine from a 05 axle. If you went to a parts house and asked for a 2000 E rear rotor you would get the correct one. Semi or full float don't make a difference. Calipers, parking and pads all SD
Looks great! Keep the pics coming. Just curious though, if it worked well to just drill new holes and you don't think strength is a concern, why bother with this approach?

Just cause this was was in the works months ago. Having the studs made took longer than expected. And I just wanted to see if my idea would work.
