Need help with cruise control, horn, navigation

Need help with cruise control, horn, navigation
My cruise control, horn, and Navigation has stopped working, I have checked fuse #5 under dash, it was good, I replaced it anyway, still no luck. Any Suggestions on where to look next. 2000 Navigator by the way.

Not sure about your navigation, but it is a self contained unit so most likely need a new one.

If your cruise and horn went out at the same time, its most likely your clockspring.

Any idea on where I can get the procedure replacing clock spring?
