After riding in it for about an hour you might feel like you were in it for a week, doesn't look like a smooth ride but sure looks tuff.

The direction the rear door swings has nothing to do with it. That's why the regular cab did just as poorly.

Watch the videos. The front door does not crush on the super cab. It front door crushes on the extended cab, in fact the entire front corner of the cab crushes because they didn't install the extra piece in the frame that the super cab has.

 

Not having the B pillar has generally been the achilles of the super cab. Lacks structural rigidity. I don't have enough time to watch the videos lol.

 

That doesn't go there.
