The flashing was put on the next day. We put "bubble wrap" under the metal inside. There's none in the overhang. The bubble wrap provides a small r value of insulation and reflects the heat of the sun in summer while also reflects inside heat back down during winter. It also works as the moisture barrier. I'll try to get some interior pics tomorrow.

So it is an aluminum trailer probably good for 200#'s, if its a 600cc quad then it in the mid 700lbs range...that a prius pulling 1,000lbs.... the focus doesn't like my 300# trailer and a 300# quad... it hates the 470# bike and 300# trailer...

 

The first thing that my eyes locked in on were the "No Parking" and "Parking $4" signs side by side.
