On a better note.....I crawled under the cab yesterday and there is a little surface rust on the cab corners, but the weep holes are clear so I think they will work just fine for ya!
You live in a great place for rust, but how are the wasps and hornets? Around here I have to be so careful this time of year not to get nailed. I usually get hit more than once every spring when I find nests.

Not a huge problem at my altitude. There where a lot more of them when we lived 2,000' lower........

Here is a pic of the 67 Camper Special I'm keeping for myself. It even has the special order bucket seats! A guy stopped by when I had it parked out front and offered to pay 1,200 bucks for the painted steel grill!
I just got a call from the guy I traded with, and he's bringing the 3sp W/OD over this morning. Last part I needed to finish up Melody's 67 shortbed! Maybe I'll remind her this "hump" day.....................lol
I used it for a working platform while building my shop, had a wood platform built on the top and a 6' ladder to get to the peak on the building. And as you may know, I DO NOT LIKE LADDERS!!!! But we got it done!
