does anyone know where good rooms are in daytona . not to high in price but nice rooms they are having a spring turkey run in 2012 i plan on going ?? it will be a "2" day drive from coldwater ms

 

My wife and I spent a weekend at the Comfort Inn and Suites ON THE BEACH the weekend before Thanksgiving. Nice hotel. Walked out the room, down the elevator and onto the beach.

If you are going to the spring fling, it is at the Daytona Speedway. About a 15 min or so drive.....but staying at the beach is worth it to me.

We stay at the Sand Castle which is a nice but reasonable hotel on the beach for the Turkey run each year.
