She's got glass....
I started installing the glass.....
The front and back went in pretty easy, but those little 1/4 windows were a bugger
. Looks good with some windows!
Now on to the door/vent glass...fun!

You've made some pretty good progress. Its really starting to look like something now that you have glass installed.
Nice!

Nice job on the rubber for those quarter glasses! I can't find the seam?? Nice view of the dash thru the quarter, too!

Was the quarter glass harder to install because it was smaller and less flexible? Or some other reason I'm not thinking of?

Do you really need to put sealer on the front & rear glasses or can you just put them in and let the rubber seal?

I sometimes use sealer/adhesive to hold the rubber onto the glass, but not on the window opening......it may be possible, but every time I've tried it just makes a huge mess. If the rubber fits the opening right, you should not need sealer.
EDIT Wayne: Yes, small pieces of glass are much harder to install. Plus I think it might have been cut a shade too big.

That is what I was thinking.
I was in the VW business for many years and we used silicone spray or soap suds and put a ton of them in without any sealer and no leaks.
Thanks,

That is an interesting solution to the gas tank relocation issue.
