Wouldnt it be nice to have a dist. tester?

A friend was testing a distributor for me.

Stock unaltered unit, and these are some of the numbers FYI, rpms are at the dist. not crank:
RPM Centrifugal Advance Vacuum Vacuum advance
750 1 degree 8 in. 1 degree
1000 6 degree 10 in. 5 degree
1400 10 18 in. 10 degree
1900 12.5
2200 13-13.5

Wish I had one, Hard as heck to find.

I asked the guys who used to owen the local parts and repar shop in town what they did with theirs.......Threw it in the dumpster in about 1980 was their awnser. UGH!

Yeah I was going to mention this auction to a couple of truck clubs and maybe as a purchase by a club they could justify the money. Maybe I can get mine tested and worked on for free.
