I just did a 5.4 long block into a 04 f150.My manual only goes to 2002. I looked through the forum for an intake torque and got different specs.My book says 18-22 ft lbs but I chickened out at about 10.It has a plastic intake,any help will be appreciated.

My book says 18 in-lbs ist round then 15 to 22 ft lbs second round

 

That's what my book for 2002 says to.I just got a bad feel when torquing them, like they weren't get tighter after about 10 ft lbs.
