they have a kit to replace that plug with one with longer threads and new o-ring beleive the hpop has to be pulled though

No o-ring just locktite. And yes if you dont see, maybe thats the problem

I have not e-mailed him yet, but sending mine in to him for the T500 would be about 1/4 the price of a replacement from NAPA as long as it will work with the stock injectors and tune, and I will have a leg up once I can afford to start modding it.

the T500 will work with stock injectors and your tunes.

What Mike said. You may even notice a little power increase if you do upgrade to it, without changing anything else.

I hope so. Would be nice to have the same power as my 91 ATS turbo IDI 7.3.

He e-mailed me back Saturday and yes he's busy with the Live tune event this week.

I am leaning twards just shipping mine off to him for the T-500 upgrade. Just wondering if it will work just fine on the stock tune.
