thats the main parts
Besides these, when you flush your cooling system remove the thermostat and high idle the truck while the simple green is circulating to operating temperature. It will make flushing a LOT quicker and more efficient. Cleaning the coolant out of the oil is going to be a lot more complicated and hopefully doesn't take a whole set of injectors with it. If I was doing it I would pull every oil part that I could, injector oil rails included.

at least with the oil system there wont be much oil left taking the oil cooler out Tim has a great Idea to undo the oil rails off the injectors

I just my picked up my new oil cooler. I guess I got lucky the local dealer could get one shipped in. Tousley and most everyone else is on back order. They said there were 63 orders ahead of mine! Not sure how they found it but thank God they did. Without going overboard, are there anything others parts I should replace while I am in this far?

If it hasn't been done already. I would go in and replace your STC fitting on the HPOP. Not much more work and you'll be very close to it when you pull out the oil cooler. The intake gaskets can be re-used if they are in good shape iirc.

Intake gaskets can be reused if they dont get jacked coming out

I changed my intake gaskets out cuz thats just me but I did nick one coming out its kinda a PIA with the wire harness there my first time
plus it comes with the little egr hose you said was leaking

but get a new turbo hardware kit and put antiseize on the bolts and the V-band clamps when going back together

you also will probably want to get a new IPR since it has a screen that gets clogged up and your mixed coolant in with the oil and may have trashed it

Are you going with an EGR Deleate or a BPD egr cooler
If you have a square egr cooler it must be replaced or deleated
If you have a round egr cooler it should be pressurre checked or replaced or deleated
my egr deleate came with a new hose as well that little one

here are some pics when I did my oil cooler egr stuff
