Thinking about putting a chip in - something like BullyDog.
There has been next to no failures here in Waynesville missouri. I've replaced one turbo, and thats the extent of it.

I have had to search my soul over this change of position on the Ford 6.7 truck. In the 15 months I have owned the truck, I have thank you emails and phone calls from over 25 owners who bought these trucks after personal conversations and private emails with me. I am unable to make such recommendations at this point. Ford has abandoned the very principles that their founder, Henry Ford, espoused. He knew that customer satisfaction and good customer service were the keys to success. This attitude does not exist at Ford today. If you buy one of these trucks, be aware that if you are one of the unlucky ones, you will be treated with the same lack of respect. This is unacceptable to me...I would think many others would agree.

Regards

Rick every thread CANNOT be a bash on your part,IMO.There is waay to much succes for these trucks. I again understand your frustration and your position,,,,BUT

You are becoming a 1% 'er.

Just Say'n,
Shane

Rick..Who am I? I don't want you ever to leave or not post.

I love your knowledge..others will also. You add a lot to this area of the site...Look at all the posts about your unfair treatment by Ford.

But in a less opinionated way..Help them make decision....

Just the facts MAN....

Do I feel Lucky....Yes I do....

It's a two way street here. Rick is not out of line reporting his experience.

I agree. Neversaid he was out of line.

But to cloud every thread is not necessary.

That is all.

But's it's ok to paint a rainbow at every thread (You get my point)!

I think it's good for people here to share their experience with these trucks good or bad.

If you want to get technicial..it's all in the Wording. Every thread should have honesty in it. Good and BAD,......but not with catch phrases like,,,"Do you feel Lucky"

I didn't want to point this out but a lot of guys can't see the big picture.
Cloudy is the word I like to use.

AGAIN, NOONE blames Rick for being mad...I would be also.

But sometimes it's difficult to type here and be FACTUAL without adding emotions....and from what I saw it was getting worse.\

But, Like I said earlier...Who am I?

NOONE!! Just my Opinion.

Probably lost a friend in the process....

Rick's going to be hurting for a while, he took some pretty serious abuse at the hands of Ford. I don't blame him one little bit for being somewhat bitter about the episode.
I prefer to hear the bad and the good and hope Rick sticks around. It may come to be that we'll get even more info about the cause of the failure and that can only benefit us, even if it is something we'd rather not hear.

I have owned mine for about 7 months now and have close to 11,000 miles on it. So far, it has been nothing but a pleasure to own. I am fortunate that my dealer is fair and uses a bit of common sense when working on warranty items (haven't had any on the 6.7, but had plenty on the 6.0). I have no regrets on this purchase.

Well you do have to remember that 2 months ago if somebody was making the posts that Rick has been lately, he would have fought them to the death. I've yet to see him give up on an argument when he believes in something. It is just very polarizing. It will all fade in time and hopefully everybody will be able to play in the same sandbox together again.

Weren't you the guy who got his truck front fender smashed in at some parking lot and was venting here as well with a lot of emotions to boot!

If so... when your trucks fender got smashed (and will rear it's ugly head when the paint doesn't faid at the same rate) and you had to come here to let everyone know you were pizzed at the human race.

Maybe you got the point this time! But then maybe I got the wrong person...

Did you not read my above post? I saw you quoted it...but did you read it?

Good Luck on stirring up a fight with someone else.
