I haven't been on here in a while. Too much going on.
I see we've re-elected Dulton McNumnuts, another bunch of broken promises.....
Gas prices are still ridiculous and my insurance premiums are legislated extortion,....
I missed going to Waterdown this year. Did any one go? How was the new venue? Probably he first year in the past 6 or 7 that I haven't gone.
My daughters driving the '76 as it slowly disintegrates beneath her,....someone left a note on her windshield asking if they could buy the truck, LOL. So far she has had to change the alternator and the waterpump, on her own, OK dad bought the parts but she did the wrenching. She also bought and replaced the serpentine belt. I had to give her the part number though, the parts counter guy couldn't figure out which serpentine belt would fit a '76 F100 with AC but no smog pump, .. , she also had to straighten him out on the fact that , yes it's an F100 not an F150. LOL
What else...
I talked my friend into ditching the '97 F150 in favour of '03 SuperCrew Lariat. Nice truck. Ride is totally different than the '97 which was a SuperCab. the 2003 has all the bells and whistles, leather, power everything and it's a california truck too so no rust at all!
The '97 started sounding like a spray paint can when you shake it... rattle sound. I think timing chain? Then again it just passed 350,000Km and it's rusted out pretty good. It's time had come and I had no desire to tear into. It's still sitting in the driveway. We may part it out,...
I see we have some new members, welcome all, what happened to the regulars?
Rick, whats up with Barney or Kermitt for that matter? or have you embarked on some other adventures?
Chad, is the family holding at the same count or have you added another? Is it time to trade in the Explorer for a school bus ?
Papajon, hows Christine coming along?
Ryan, we're still waiting for the frame off resto paint job pictures of the RC truck??

Hey Frank, nice to hear from you again. Yeah, I'm still picking away at her. I finally got a contact in the States for some parts. I just got tired of all the red tape and BS on our side of the border with shipping, duty charges and the friggin taxes. What ever happened to the free trade BS??? Tim Meyers sent me a set of his grooved cam bearings for free as in NO Charge, a gift and UPS charged me $40.00 for delivery. As far as dolton mc nuttly is concerned, this time the lying SOB only has a minority. I'm doing some contract work for the company the wife works for, it doesn't pay a whole lot but it helps to get the parts I need for Christine 2 AND keeps me outta trouble to LOL.The Dr. has given me an ultimatum LOSE 40 lbs or find another Doctor. I got until the new year to lose it sooooo. The girls that I call the "Girl friends" ( RYAN I got'em TO) got me doing the Body-by vi diet. so far down 1 shirt size 2xl- xl and 1 pant size 44-42 and 10 lbs in 4 weeks. Feeling pretty darn good to. Blood pressure is even NORMAL 134/83 never been that low in 25 years. How are you doing? Well got to go, have to get supper on for the old girl. Talk to all you guys and gals a little later. Hey frank, start an October BS tread for us or get a head start on a November one!!! LMAO John

Mine did to,BUT he also said that beer was GOOD for you in moderation. Told me 1 or 2 a day was OK,but he didn't say what SIZE sooooo I do the right thing and be civilized and pour the bottle into the glass which holds 2 1/2 pints. You do the math and my logic IS sound.LMAO John
I like the way you think! reminds me of when I was much younger some bars (the Gas Works for one) on Yonge St would serve beer in the large quart size bottles. Sooo..... I only had three beers honey, honest....

hehehehehe. Yep the younger days. My watering hole was the Lanc, over in Bridgeport, they had what they called a small pitcher. Well I used to get that and a glass.....after a few times I figured why use the glass. Stole 2 of them(sorry Mike) and cut and filed the pouring spout off. I have one at home and the other I believe is still at the Lanc. Haven't been there in years though. One day I'll take a trip into Kitchener and stop in. Just for a couple. LMAO John
