1987 ford no power to fuel pumps

I could really use some help. I been working on my 87 ford f150 for a month almost with it running sometimes. Now its got to where it has no power to the fuel pumps. I have new relays but just cant figure this out. Please help

Does your truck have the fuel cutoff switch. Its meant for accidents. Mine is under dash on passenger side. it's a really small red button on mine. I know sometimes they were on the Drivers side too.

The cutoff would be behind the kick panel. Run your fingers over the top edge, and you should feel it. It is in a push button and I believe located in a u-shaped cutout in the top edge.
