"New" truck, new to forum

Hey everyone, picked me up a 78' f250 not to long ago and im in the process of restoring her, as much as my budget allows. Right now I'm trying to figure out my steering column and why my horn, turn signals or hazards dont work? Would you guys have any know how to send my way to get me started?
TIA

PS its a manual without tilt steering

For the horn i would check and make sure its plugged in behind the steering wheel and under the hood and the turn signals might mean you have a bad switch in your steering column. when i bought my 78 f150 the horns weren't plugged in under the hood.
