Raised the roof a little
Cab coming off
Done first time. These two were the rollover and a flood. I bought the bed from a coop. At this point she is 3 trucks.. You can’t see it but it got hit on the other side and the bed is messed up and the rear axle is bent. The front axle is still broken (pinion snapped off) from the roll.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to stand next to your baby with a sawzall?
Donor truck #4
Coming together.
Getting her all welded up. The beginnings of Big Hazzard the 6-door 4x4.
Getting ready for paint.
Getting a little muddy. Pulled a Cadillac that had no keys through a muddy field in park.
Now add my cousins roll over for donor truck #5. I took his front axle and wheels.

I snapped a few pics of the front and interior, I plan on getting the seats re-dyed soon, the truck has a little over 200K on it and has been coast to coast and everywhere in between. The front bumper is getting powder-coated to match the wheels in the next few weeks, as you can see it does get used, most of the scratches are from a high lift jack during some recovery activities :-) This is no pavement princess. I tried to get some good pics (it pouring here) of the Dynatrac front end, this is by far the best upgrade I have done to date, the sealed front hubs just don't hold up with 37's and they are over 500 each for the Ford replacements, the dynatrac kit allows you to use Timkin bearings available at any Napa for less than 30 per side.

Thanks. The 5.4 likes the 4.88 gears quite a bit with the larger tires. It is basically the equivalent of running 4.30s with the stock size tires. When I got the gears I was originally going for 4.56s, but they were backordered. I am glad that I went with the 4.88s, especially when towing here in Colorado over the mountain passes. I run about 2500 RPM at highway speeds (75mph) and there is plenty of get up off the line even with the rest of the drivetrain being completely stock.
