It's a Westin Automotive - HDX Grille Guard Available in both Stainless Steel and Black Powdercoat. It mounts using the OEM bumper bolts and does keep the OEM bumper. There's 2 small support arms that run under the bumper to the Tow Hook mounts. You will either have to notch your air dam or remove it like I did. I had mine notched originally but kept getting it caught on mud and snow banks so I just took it off once it cracked.
I love it. It's protected my truck twice from damage in accidents. It was strong enough to push a car sideways with nothing more than some scuffed paint on the headlight guard. Can't say the same for the other car.

As for the other car, serves them right taking on a SD.
The transmission shifted rough, it had a weird rough idle that the dealer told me was normal, the radio was constantly screwing up, etc.
I had a lot of issues with it. It really was a fairly nice truck when it was working correctly, but I am far happier to be back in a Ford.
I'll never make that mistake again.
