He lists it as a Paragon Folding Cover.

As far as the 05-07 grille it's simply a bolt-on as long as you order one that has been trimmed along the bottom to fit. Many available on Ebay.

The 05-07 Lights require some minor trimming of the header panel and the new wiring harness which is usually included in the kit.

So kits for headlights are available, sweet... Also header panel?

You don't need a new header panel, there's only minor cutting to it involved. The instructions clearly show you exactly where to make your cuts. Very easy job to do!
