Welcome to the forum! The cab, doors, and other front sheet metal is going to be all the same, unless your truck was originally equipped with 17" wheels. If so, the fenders will have larger wheel openings the same as the one ton. But that's the only real difference. The bed will be longer and wider, the running boards longer to match the increased wheelbase, and the rear fenders will be not so deep because of the extra bed width. Frame wise, it's totally different, longer and heavier duty.
