Either way it sucks. The credit union Im looking at doesnt have fees like that whi8ch is making it look better each day.

I like em - any X I want gives me a 1.99 loan for a yr. Goes up to 7 point sompin end a term (usually paid of by then).

Got a mortgage w/ the local credit union & they're so small can't take advantage of some of these current poor "people's programs" to keep ya from loosin yer house.
