I have a 94 f150 with a 6" lift and 33's. I am going to need new tires soon and am considering either keeping my 15's and running 33x10.50 bfg at's or getting 16's and running either 265's or 285's. I measured my dads 265's and they were just as tall as my 33's (I was quite suprised) but quite abit narrower. I would like a narrower tire than a 12.50 and would really prefer close to a 10.50. Here are a few pics of my current set up. I would like to see some pics of trucks with 285's or 265's and either a 4" or 6" lift.

 

No lift, stock F250 4x4 with 265's.





You'll get better mpg with 265's than anything bigger...

 

Sorry for not responding sooner, been a busy week. 265's look good on your truck but I really hoping to see a 150 with a lift so I can get a good I dea of what it would look like on my truck. I am little suprised More people didn't respond.
