Question Convering 2000 F-350 to 2008

Hi guys,
I am getting a 2002 f-350 from a family member and really would like to make it look like the 08 models. I also have a friend that has a set of 2008 f-450 8 lug wheels and tires for pretty cheap. My questions are-
Will the f-450 wheels fit?
Will the 08 grille fit?
Will the 08 tail lights fit?
will the side emblems/name plate fit?
will the 08 tail gate fit?

Also I would like to add the front fender flares from an f 450, will the wheels need spacers?
Sorry if this doesnt make sense, im confusing myself

Thanks in advance

taillights are a easy swap just have to rewire the harness.

tailgate is easy too, just have to change one of the hinges (done remember which one) to the 08 style. The 08 gate has a torsion bar in it and requires the new tailgate hinge to make it work.

08 grill will require an 08 hood, bumper, headlights, and fenders to work.

The front frame rails and upper structure was changed for 2008. The grill is also mounted to the hood and is latched behind the bumper instead of behind the grille, so you can't just cut and bolt on a '08 grill like you could with a 05-07. As far as the sheet metal is concerned, it can be made to work, but it's not a simple bolt in installation since the hood, quareter panels, grille, lights, bumper etc is changed out, and it involves accounting for the different in front frame rail height. There's a guy here who did a full 2011 swap, he can probalby detail exactly what's involved. Again, is CAN be done, but it's not as simple as swaping in the headlights and a cut down grille from a 05-07 because of the frame and hood changes.

Are you sure about the wheels being 8 lug? Wheel wise, a 2008 F450 pickup would have had 19.5" wheels, but they are an 10 on 225mm bolt pattern, which won't line up with the 8 on 170mm of your F350. Pre '08 450 pickups, and now again the 2011 450 pickups are really just a glorified F350 and it took a cab/chassis model to get the drivetrain upgrades, but from 08-10 they all got the bigger axles from what I understand. You'll need adaptors to make those work, but either way if you have a SRW your rear axle tube will be too short to handle the offset of the dually wheels and you'll rub the tire of the leaf springs. Only solution is a D80 or D110 swap, or some massive spacers.
