The easiest lift to do on your own, IMO, would be a spacer similar to the Truxx spacer. I figured I'd make some in a few years if I decide to keep our 03 instead of trade in when we decide to get a newer family ride. However, now that the wife has seen a couple lifted Expys, and likes the way they look, I may be doing it sooner than later.

As for the lift, unless you're a seasoned fabricator, buy the Rize kit or take it to a reputable shop. You're wanting to do some serious mods. If I were taking on that job, I'd look at SAS front and rear. You're already running 35's, add more lift and I'm sure you'll want 37's or 38's. IMO, that's just too much tire for IFS/IRS. If you're strictly a street cruiser, meaning you like the big look and never beat the truck off road, then maybe SAS the rear and get a bigger lift for the front of an 04 F150.
