What years Super Duty are the best looking . I vote for ’08-’10. Please give your reasons/supporting evidence of your claim. My supporting evidence is that I had a guy come up to me in the parking lot and say. “Ya know I used to think my stuff was better than every one else’s because I have a super mint ’03 7.3L. But now after seeing your beautiful lifted ’08 with those grates on the sides. I now have truck envy! Besides the ’11-‘12’s just look wrong” I told him “thank you for your unsolicited comment but the best looking truck is the one with the hottest chicks in it!” He walked away scratching his head….. Actually aside from my fictitious reply the rest of that story is amazingly true!

my 2004! Because it started the SD line and 04 had all the goodies before they changed it in 2005 to the dodge coil sprung front end!

 

I prefer the 99-07 look. I know the later towing mirrors are better from the drivers side, but from the front they are just grotesquely huge boxy square looking things. As is the rest of the truck, really. I like the smoother lines of the earlier design.

 

IMO 2005-2007 should be seperate from 99.5-2004. The front end on the 05-07 had the solid big bar grille without the massive brick wall appearance of the newer years, and the better coil sprung front end over the earlier trucks.

I have a 2007, ipso facto, it is the best

 

I agree the poll should separate the 99-04 from the 05-07. I feel the 99-04 looks better since everything is better porpotioned.....grill size, mirrors, etc. To top it off, I know the coil sprung front end may ride better but my heart goes to the leaf sprung front end for pure old toughness and looks. Just my opinion.

I like the headlights/front end on those years.

 

Impossible to chose only one. I'd take any one any day.

 

2011 obviously. It's my first SD so I'm a tad biased.

And I love the huge, overstated, in your face front end. Makes all the previous years look wimpy by comparison IMO.

I agree, the 05 to 07s have many differences compared to the 99 to 04. I peersonally like the 05 to 07 the best. 08-10 is second. the new 11-12 front end just looks a little gawdy, and massive

esp. the HD edition.. id love to have one. blue with the blue ghost flame option.

with the V10 of course.

 

Nicely proportioned and the easiest power steering pump I've ever changed.
Of course extended over crew. I like my bed space and a little more cab room is great.

I'm just so happy with my new truck.
I also think the new ones just look wrong
