Tie Rod Torque Spec?

Tomorrow I'm replacing the tie rods on my 78 F250 but the Haynes manual has zip about the procedure or the torque specs. The procedure I've got figured but can someone atleast get me in the ballpark for the torque specs? I need them for the left outer, left inner, the adjusting sleeve, and the right drag link. I'd appreciate it, thanks.

It may be too late, but the '75 shop manual says 50-75 ft-lbs and then advance castle nut if needed to get cotter pin installed.
