Nope.... were gonna get hammered! (NOT as bad as NC tho!)
They are calling for 4-8" of rain as of now... and winds of 50-75mph.
Hold on boys!
I'm ready for it.... extra gas, generator ready to go... my only worry is that I won't be home for most of it.... gonna be a fun drive home tomorrow night, tho!

It's funny how ppl freak out when a storm or whatnot is coming.... if you already can't control it what's the sense in stressing out more than you have to?
I already had a few gallons of "emergency" drinking water at home... I almost always have all the emergency provisions I need... Just decided to pick up another 2.5gal of water and see if I could find 3 D-cell batteries for my Mag light. (The ones in it work, but were weak.)
Anywho, in the "city" areas, I stopped at Hannaford, no batteries, but pleanty of water. (They had moved DISPLAYS UPON DISPLAYS of water to the front doors as you walked in)
Stopped at 6 Gas stations, (Walmart was already out ) and no one had any batteries. Places were FULL of people... Finally got in to Bridgton.... stopped at the last gas station before I headed into my town, (THE only store in town is closed after 8) they had honestly over 12 packs of D-Cells.... I had to laugh my Azz off.
Just thought I'd share... don't freak out about what you can't control. It only makes you look stupid and shortens your life.
Stay safe everyone!

Good Afternoon!!!
Well I lost power yesterday at 2:00 in the afternoon. Still not back up yet. My yard and driveway is full of sticks. One limb came down and hit my truck!!! But I didn't see any damage. The main part was like 2" thick and it hit the ground about three feet from my truck and the branches with leaves hit the truck.
