I have been looking around for a rear U-bolt cap for my 46. I have searched around some of the popular sites but can't find anything. I am looking for the cap that attaches to the shock absorber (LH side). Mine is pretty busted up and broken , if anyone knows where to look please let me know. I'm looking for new or used. I also noticed that the early F-1 used the same part. I will take just the left side or both

 

Is this what you need? If so I have both sides for $25 plus shipping. I installed a '72 Ford 9" and the axle tube is larger.

 

Thanks! for responding. What I'm looking for is very close to this but my shock absorber will not hook up to the stud posted in your photo. I will post some photos of my axle after I take a few photos. Thanks again.
