For any of you that have installed a "volare" front clip, what space saver spare will fit over the center of the hub? I've tried several with the correct 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern but the center opening is not big enough to let them go on far enough to even put lug nuts on it. What are y'all using? Thanks for any help, Steve

I have a '95 Jeep Grand Cherokee space saver tire that I've fit over my IH hub. That's a good 2.75" or so. (wheel offset isn't quite neutral, though, but for a do-nut, not sure that matters)

I have a m11 ifs with 11 disk and i'm running 15'' rims but i got a 16'' donut from a crown vick to clear the rotor and plus it helps with the height diff. between the 255/60/15 and the donut. Mounted it under the bed with a cable winch thingy off a ford ranger. Flip down tag hide the hole for the winch rod hole and it hides the trailer hatch.

Steve, where are you mounting your spare? If it's under the bed, you may be able to use a skinny standard wheel and tire. I've got 235/65r16's on the rear and went with a 215/70r16 on a standard wheel and it tucks in just fine with an aerostar cable drop down mount. The 215/70 the same height as the 235/65, but quite a bit narrower and I can get all the way home without running the temp spare 50 mph speed limit.

Thanks for all the replies. I will not be able to mount it under bed due to relocating my gas tank. I am in the process of final fit for the interior and was hoping I could squeeze it in behind the seat (doubtful I know) but since I plan to drive this truck, I definitely will have it somewhere. Thanks again, Steve
