Trans for 292

Looking for a floor shifter for my 55 f100. It had a 61 292 in it when purchased with a 3 on the column. Want a floor shift trans. Any easy fits or do I have to change bell housing. Have seen a T 98 from a 56 f350 in the salvage yard. Not sure if it will bolt up. Any suggestions?

3 speed and 4 speed bells are different, car bells are different than truck bells(i think), trucks have the mounting ears off the side of the bellhousing, you will need the bell and the trans to complete the job. should be an easy swap though
