Good evening Indiana and all of our IN friends!

Well...we're having a great time.

When we left Santa Cruz...we took more scenic roads...if you look up California 236 thru Big Basin State Park...WOW is all I can say...what an amazing road...it rivals the Tail of the Dragon in Tenn/NC...I rode the Dragon on my Harley...and this road in Big Basin is every bit as challenging if not more...I say more because it is a 2 way road that is basically 1.5 lanes wide with HUGE Redwood trees inches from the road...more blind curves and twist than I can remember...an awesome road!

We've been up in San Fran for two nights and will be pulling out of here tomorrow morning headed to Yosemite.

We did all the touristy things here in San Fran...had a great time even though it is barely 60 degrees during the daytime!...Lombard street sure is a hoot!...and speaking of streets...I cannot get over just how STEEP some of these streets are!

Also we visited this antique arcade place...let me tell you they had some STRANGE old arcade games...I posted one below and that wasn't even the weirdest one...you could pay your money and watch someone get their head chopped off or be given the last rights and then HUNG!...also you could watch what a belly dancer did on her day off and all kinds of neat and weird stuff!!!...if you have never visited that place when you are in San Fran...go to Pier 45 and take a gander...it is impossible to describe...really.

All in all we're having a BLAST...

We'll be begging for this cool weather when we hit DEATH VALLEY on our way to VEGAS towards the middle of this week...
