I just got a 94 F250, suddenly when I start it up I get a loud sqeaking sounds like coming from the a/c pulley area. I sprayed WD40 in the area and the noise changed to a less of a constant and a new lower tone.

The belt looks in good shape, the a/c works great inside the truck. I am not sure whether replacing the pulley would be the fix or if there is something more to the components of this part that should be investigated.

Anyone have a diagram of this section or possible advise on their experiencce with this problem?

You said its coming from the pulley area. Thus first thing i would do is spend $10 get a new belt and c if that was it. If not than go from there. Next thing i would do is take pulley off and grease it. If that doesnt solve the problem than you might have to slowly pull things off and inspect for cracks, wear and tear, etc.
