I just bought <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">seat cover</a>s to protect the leather on the captain's chairs on my 2002 f250 super duty. The head rests must be removed to install the <a href="http://www.motorhaven.com/">seat cover</a>. Can anyone tell me how these head rests are removed? The owner's manual doesn't cover this and I don't want to break something trying to get 'em out.
