302 Floods

I got a 95 F150 with a 302. I am having trouble with it flooding, I think.

Symptoms: It will start fine cold but if I let it sit there it will die. If I take off and go to work(highway) it runs just fine but as soon as I get off the road and the idle drops it dies. It is a bitch to start when it is warm. It will smoke real bad once I get it started again but I have to rev it up and open the throttle to start it when it is hot. It acts like it is getting alot of air and then dumping the fuel in it and thus flooding and killing it.

Interventions: I have spark, and I test the fuel it is 40 at the rail. I have replaced the TPS and set it. I have checked the vacuum lines and I dont hear a hissing. I cleaned my MAF sensor. I also tore apart the wiring section according to 95-15-11 bulletin and no frayed wires and the PIP is solid. Fuel Pressure Regulator isnt spitting any fuel into the vacuum line. The codes I pulled off it are 12,13,34. I have reset the computer and cleared the codes and replaced the EVP Sensor and EGR and when I drive it, it still pulls up 12, 13.
Any ideas?

When you unplug the IAC electrical connector does the idle speed drop or no reaction to doing so?

Engine running with vac line connected to fpr?

Results of static pressure leakage test?

Did it hold within 5psi of that reading for 1 minute after "key off"?

everything holds. I checked all the vacuum lines again and cleaned the IAC out real good. Now it starts up on first crank. I let it idle and it didnt die after about 8 minutes so I killed it and tried a restart when it is hot and turned right over. I have been driving it around town and have yet to kick a code or have any recurrence of the previous problems. I want to say it was a combination of things and the dirty IAC. I will repost if anything changes. Thanks danr1 for the help
