Doing an EGR delete, what else while apart?

so basically like the title says, I just bought a sinister egr delete and the updated oil drain tube for the turbo. wondering what else I should do while its apart. I plan on taking the turbo apart to clean and inspect but what else should I do. currently the truck has a five inch mbrp exhaust, custom sct tunes, 4" lift and 35's. the FICM has been replace with a swamps 58v version and i have cust FICM and ECM roll back files on order from Power Hungry. also the truck has had head gaskest done with ARP studs as well. thanks again for the suggestions.

Update the stc fitting (1879930C3, or 4C3Z-9B246-E, 1879930c91
all 3 are the latest part numbers), fuel regulator kit (3C3Z-9T517-AG).
Clean out your intake manifold. There will most likely be build up of carbon from the egr system.

Take intake manifold to a machine shop for a hot dip cleaning. Clean the turbo. Rebuild the oil cooler. New intake manifold gasket set. Coolant filter. Updated STC fitting. CCV re-route. That's all I can think of right now.
