Kyle Busch's Stupid Off Track Stunt

How many of us would get away with this and not spend a day in jail?

Kyle Busch flagged for driving 128 mph … in a 45-mph zone - From the Marbles - NASCAR Blog - Yahoo! Sports

I can tell you right now that 128 in any speed zone here is going to get you a one way ticket to jail where you'll likely be posting a substantial bond to be released.

The cop didn't get a clocking on me, and several times during our roadside conversation (literally a stone's throw from my employer's driveway), he asked me if I was sure I didn't know how fast I was going (I did, but I sure wasn't going to tell him). I honestly had to stifle a snicker when he later said, "You were flying, you had to have been doing upper 70s, maybe 80!" On top of that, I didn't have my registration with me (it was valid, but I had taken it out of the underseat storage to work on the bike, and hadn't put it back), which, in Indiana, is good for a tow of your vehicle and a free back-seat ride back to HQ. He gave me a warning.

Jason (there is a statute of limitations on speeding, right? It's been over 15 years...)

So the lesson learned is: Never say how fast you were going if asked?......../..If you said 80mph, would he have written you a ticket you think for 80mpn?

Should have gone to jail........Period.

83-mph over? At a place like that? Ain't the best road in the World.

40-over on the interstate would have landed you in jail. 83-over on a secondary road?

Doesn't matter if he had the proper 'documents' (WTH?) What does that mean? He had his license on him? Whoopdee-S--t!!! Jail!

Kyle Busch is the poster boy for all that is wrong with NASCAR, its not his first brush with the law off the track either. His on the track behavior is well documented.

I hope his sponsors and NASCAR take note of his latest activity.

Indeed, money talks, BS walks............Anyone else would be in the Graybar motel.

When Kyle Busch does win a race, during his victory celebration the cameras cannot show the crowd.......most are booing and waving with only one finger.
This latest episode, probation for him in the Harvick episode, stomping off away from interviews after not taking the checker, should only help to cement his status as "least popular driver" in NASCAR.

Jail it should be.

KB is a celebrity. The law rarely applies to them. A fine, probably. Which will be easy for him to pay.

Nascar may take some points and put him on more "probation", but I doubt it. He makes them way too much money.
