Will a blue thunder dual quad intake manifold fit (simple bolt on) on stock 73 lincoln 460 heads with standard size ports. I think the blue thunder manifold is dual plane. Can this manifold with carbs be used on this engine for normal driving (cruzin)? The engine has a RV cam. What size and type of carbs are recommended?? Can one carb be blocked off? Any comments, suggestions, recommendations, ETC are welcomed. Im looking for eye appeal not performance.

As long as the ports line up, it should work. I would recommend 2 500cfm Edelbrock carbs. It should drive fine. I would not unhook one of the carbs! I believe that each carb will feed 4 cylinders, and even if they mixed, you wouldn't want to try to feed the rear cylinders from the front 2bbls of the front carb.
These carbs should be pretty close right out of the box for your application.

You need to use intake gaskets that match the intake. I have used a CJ intake with standard heads but had to use CJ gaskets so they would seal to the head. I would think a BT intake would have CJ size ports.
