It should be noted that this is only a draft copy and is for Ford of Canada.

Yea, there are also a number of corrections that still need to be made on that draft copy for Canada.

If dates stay on track (rarely do), I would expect to see the finalized order guides for both the US and Canada to be released sometime next week.

The only noticeable changes I saw were a different color green and 20" chrome wheels. Kinda anticlimactic?

Yeah, I was hoping for more too. Not sure that I like how they've restricted/repackaged some things. For example, you can't get the 20" wheels from the 2011s with the chrome package on Lariats now (and you can't get those wheels at all on any XLT trim). Nice to see that cab steps are standard on Lariats now though, even if they are black molded ones.

I'm itching to see what these new chrome clad 20 inch wheels look like... I may just have to swap mine. I wonder if they'll just be the same 20's but shinier.

JOB 2 ORDER GUIDE UPDATES – Effective on all
vehicles built on or after Job#2 (01/03/12 – Subject to
change)
• F-350 SRW w/6.7L diesel engine now have standard vacuum
boost brakes
I have a question about this.

Why are they doing this instead of hydro boost? I thought hydro boost provided better braking.

I could be wrong, that's just what I thought.

One of the other posts said ford claimed 460 new parts I think it was, that seems a bit of a stretch. The urea guage might be a nice thing, dont know how much you would need it or look at it but.... Well from what I am reading it does not look like I need to hold out for the 2012 and can dive into a 2011 if I find the right one....

$$$$$

It's cheaper to install a vacuum system (I'll bet)

It sure is going to be nice to pick up my F350 truck that arrives on the 24 of this month with all the incentives and rebates knowing in my eyes that there are not that many changes for the 2012.
( I might be able get 30 more minutes of sleep on not having to worry about the what ifs on waited for the 2012. Now the other 4 hours of sleepless nights just waiting for the truck to come in is killing me.)
Thanks Everyone Great Forum.

I am glad I ordered my truck 3 weeks ago. Looks like they took all the nice features from the XLT - No 20 inch wheels & No chrome package. I was waiting to see if the moonroof was going to be available in XLT - Not. I am happy now!
