aluminum side moldings?

What is the best way to make aluminum side moldings look new again? Wiping them with WD-40 looks good, but short lived. Haven't found a polish that works very well yet.

use a good rubbing compound about medium in range and an electric polishing wheel, they will shine, wax them, and the shine will stay.

I have used a product called "Flitz" that works great. I have used it to restore (2) Air Cleaner lids for the 351W H.O. Motor.
