Like I said there are 16.5 tire options if off-road is the end game. I don't think there are any All-Terrain available today...at least none that I can find.

Not ever on the craigslist? Or some ol tire off the main road? Try looking in the not so big tire stores. Talk to some off road shops, burn up the internet.

I believe they are out there, but be ready to pay $$ for them+ shipping?

here's the only place I've been able to find ANY 16.5 tires (other than 35"+ M/T's)

Truck - Popular Tire Applications

STA Transport Highway - 8.75x16.5

Now that's what I'm talking about! Those are a thing of beauty! Just kidding. Seriously though thanks for the heads up.

Look like I'm in search of 16" slots if anybody knows of any.

They are still making them and as of last week my local tire shop could have them in a couple of days. Your best bet is to check with a smaller "Mom & Pop" tire dealer. I have found that a lot of the big, name brand tire stores won't even bother looking for 16.5 tires except for BFG All Terrains.

From the looks of it, this Del-Nat company makes all of the Pro-Comp tires so I would think they would have a good product. I know its not an All Terrain but they might be worth taking a look at.

Excellent find!

The other thing to consider is that the longer you run the 16.5 wheels, the harder the tires are going to be to find. Look how much trouble your having now, imagine what it'll be like in 10 years. I'd keep looking for the 16" wheel just for that reason alone.

I feel your pain though, I looked for a long time to find a set of five hole slots, which are way easier to find. I put them on my 71, and they look sweet! But I can't decide if I'm gonna leave them there or put them on my 69 Bronco. Looks like I need another set...

That Mud-Trac from Delta National is a lot less aggressive than say...something from Interco. Not to mention they are a radial.

Also, you may want to check Pit bull tires. They're Growler is considered an all terrain.

I've checked every lead posted here with no luck on 33" tires. If you want to lift your truck then there are off road options. Just can't find 33" tires for sale. noltingc81 you state your local guy can get a set...contact me if that is in fact possible. 925-260-4888

Hope you're sitting down. I checked on the place in Ellensburg (not Enumclaw) and they want $2600.00 for the set of four. Of course they come with stainless steel center covers!

That's insane! i was thinking more along the lines of 1K for the set, the 16's are pricey though, when you can even find them, i seen a set sell on craigslist for $600, granted they weren't polished and had some road rash but they don't get much cheaper than that.
