Work Truck Question and Pics

Heres the question, its a 94 f350 460efi. Somedays it will start right up, and others it takes 20 cranks (mind you it kicks everytime). And when your going up a decent hill it spits and pops and barley makes it up. What could be causing this??

Heres some pictures of the truck, it use to have a long flat bed hauling trailer on it, but the frame was chopped and shortened, also its running f450 rear and with duals.

the drivability problem could be a low fuel pressure issue,ie failing fuel pump or a lean burn issue. good looking truck though just about twin to mine
