Well, I hope y'all have a good day! I replaced my laptop screen yesterday, no more giant crack! And now my W key is starting to give me crap, so I'm going to have to take some keys off and break out the duster. It's not a widescreen LCD anymore, but it'll do for the old girl.

Good evening gents! And good morning as well! Getting ready for work, just got done with some cardio in the gym. Gonna be a good day hopefully!

 

Cardio is no fun at the gym. Would much rather move heavy things.

 

Tyler, I've gained 20lbs on this deployment. 185lbs is harder to move at a 12:40 2mi pace. As much as I would rather pick things up and put them down in the gym, the cardio is needed to keep me a fast runner. I've been neglecting it for a while now.

I know it is on mine when i have to do cardio to get the extra minutes I need per week for my P.E. class for school.

 

We can't listen to music on headphones while doing PT. Unless we are running on a treadmill(no thanks) in the gym. Good song though!

 

I would say go up and say them "I thought this was America", but I think it would not be worth it XD. I don't usually hit the treadmill because I'm fat and make a lot of noise walking at a moderate pace on the treadmill, not to mention quickly (for me)
