Travis, 2600? !!!! What are you doing waaaaaay down there? Raise it up! 3000psi BABY! Shouldn't be a problem.
I just let my tuner do what needed to be done. There were a couple tunes that we had issues with ICP spiking pretty bad. Might be why we have it pulled down right now. ICP would spike enough to peg the 4k psi gauge and other tunes we had some issues with ICP dropping down to almost zero when I let off from WOT. Not positive that's the reason, but might be.

no codes or CEL. I didn't let it do that much. As soon as I saw it happen I made sure Tony saw it and he adjusted the tuning accordingly to make it stop spiking.

Yeah Glenn. I have the 203 t-stat in my truck.

I'll probably replace it or just run the broken one thats in there for now.

I dont wanna fuss with the bolt breaking issue I heard about. Just what I need to do is have a job to cuss and swear about.

It just runs a little warmer in the summer on the big roads.
But, my radiator isn't up to snuff either, so that makes a difference as well.

It needs a boil or acid bath and some repair.

Travis, I wish I could clone Tony and beam him up for a ride in my truck.

Joey, if you tune in again, give it to me straight, what do you think of the adrenaline??

Talyn, I replaced my T stat a few years ago, I hope those darn bolts aren't frozen!

I'd suggest keeping that private glenn.
last time Joey or Jim said something bout the adrenalin, everyone got in trouble cause Sheryl whined and dieselsite barbie got a wedgie and cried.
Yeah, didn't go good. =\

Yeah, Thats the main thing to keep me from changing my t-stat.
I don't think its bad. Its hard telling with a pinhole leak in the radiator.

Travis, I'll admit, you got me a little miffed(is that a word?LOL). If it's a spike, no problem. That pump is set for around 4000psi before the blow-off opens. The ICP dropping could just be a worn IPR. I would try swapping the IPR with a new one, and raising the pressure up to 3200 if the pump will supply it. You will have a perma-grin for sure.

Glenn, NO way will I comment about another mans product.

Here's the way I look at, if the pump is doing what your demanding and the truck runs fine, run it! Lower your oil temps and you will only help the pumps output that much more and at the same time, keep everything else on the oil side happy.

Might have to change the IPR sometime. I've been trying to figure out one last issue I have(seems to be HPO related) before I move on to bigger things, but I'm not gonna post that in here. Maybe I will shoot you a mail about it next week and see what you think.
