Howdy Everybody!

Hey everyone, I just recently bought a 2007 F250 extended cab with a V10. All I can say is I LOVE IT! I've been over in the diesel forums before back when I had my old 7.3. Just curious, is there anything I need to be wary of with the 3V motor? By some of the posts I've read the 10 is a good reliable motor. What are your experiences, good or bad?

Welcome to the dark side.

Probably the only thing would be when it comes time to change the plugs just follow the procedure which has been posted a couple times and torque to proper specs. Other than that just enjoy the ride.

With the 3-valve, be careful about breaking the plugs off in the motor.

Other than that, there's really nothing to worry about.

Other than the $'s required to get a tuner from Mike at 5-star

Great motor for a gasser. You will like it-less maintenance than your 7.3. Good truck for towing which is what I use mine for. When you change plugs use Motorcraft as this truck likes stock Ford parts.
