1982 truck just shut off, now won't start
I just changed the plugs, wires, starter and cylinoid. I was working in the yard, the truck was running, it just shut off, like someone cut the engine. It will crank but won't turn over. Anyone able to tell me where to start looking and what could be wrong?

You have actually posted on the wrong page. This one is for `87 up trucks.
However I assume you mean that you replaced the fender mounted starter relay? If so check that you have all the wires connected to it and properly. One of the big terminals should have only the wire going to the starter on it, all the other wires (except the push-on connector one) should bolt to the other big terminal. Make sure they are all on.
If that is good toss a spoonful of gas down the carb and see if it will then start. If not you have a spark problem, if it does start then you may have a clogged fuel filter or a bad pump or bad wires to it.
