If your truck has 8 lug wheels and is not a dually they should work.

Ford switched to a metric bolt circle on the 99 model year Super Duty trucks. The vans however retained the original 8-6.5 lug pattern.

i bought the rims and tires off a salvage yard this morning,
turned out good. tires ended up being almost new. i put them on
right away. took split rims back to salvage and dropped off.
i noticed my stud bolt is little smaller then what was on e350.
the nut does not cover all markings from other nut on rim.
any ldeas
thanks frank

Not 100% certain on this but I think that steel wheels use a different lug nut than most of the alloy or upgrade wheels. Definitely something to check because if the lug nut taper is different the attachment won't be as stable.

Should be 1/2 inch studs on that one, just get some 1/2-20 duplex lug nuts from a tire store. The lug tapers should be the same. The duplex nut will just have a bigger seat.
