2002 4.2l tuning chip
just wondering if anybody knows of a good computer tuner for the 4.2 in a 2002 f150 4wd 5speed... all i can seem to find on the internet is all for v8's... other than the scam ones that "boost hp by 60 and mpg by 4-7 for 69.99" and no matter what kind of vehicle its all the same price... and we are supposed to beleive that.... but any advise on where to search would be greatly appreciated

The scam one is just that. A big scam!
SCT-X3 with a custom tune would be your best way to go.
