Bad Miss

Hey I have a 88 F-250 with a 351windsor with a tune port fuel injection and it has a bad miss. When I pulled the plugs 2 of them were gas fouled out. I changed them and in 30 minutes the same two were fouled again. What could it be?

Check your fuel pressure regulator (FPR).
Pull the vacuum hose off the nipple on top and turn on the key with a cold engine and see if fuel comes out of the nipple.
If fuel comes out the FPR is bad.
