2005 f550 6.0 jerks

2005 f550 diesel 6.0 bucks and jerks at 1800 to 2100 rpm black smoke not much power shop cleaned turbo egr and new injectors now hard to start and worse then before $3800 from diesel shop in Albany ny help lots of cods in computer to
